Parts of speech in English grammar

Hello...Before going to the parts of speech .....We must know..... What is language?

Basically, Language is a tool of communication. When we communicate we ask questions and we give answers. So we must know How to ask questions? and How to answer them?

When we speak we use the words. Words come together and make the phrase or clause. Phrase or clause makes the sentence and we speak in the sentences. Sentence gives us the complete thought. So we should be able to make the sentences.

For making sentences we must know the role of a word in a sentence. Each and every word in a sentence has specific role in a particular sentence. We must understand that role. If you can handle the words correctly you can speak English in very short period of time.

There are uncountable words in English, those words are categorized in 8 parts of speech by their role Noun, Pronoun, Adjective, Verb, Adverb, Preposition, Conjunction, Interjection . These categories are known as parts of speech or word classes. 

Now, the question is What is the importance of learning parts of speech? Because, If you are aware of the role of the particular word  in a sentence, you can use that word at its appropriate position. Words help us to make the sentence and for speaking we need words which make the sentence. So, It is very important to understand the role of a word in a sentence.
