How does it work?

• Each lesson is 45 minutes long.
• Trial lesson is for new student only.
• Classes are held Monday through Saturday. Sundays are off for all courses (this does not apply to trial lesson or single lesson).
• Students choose a course or trial lesson and enroll. A 3% Convenience Fee applies to all transactions.
• During the enrollment, If the student fails to pick a time for the lesson & payment is confirmed, further communication is needed to find suitable time.
• Once payment is confirmed, students receive a confirmation email with all the necessary details.
• A reminder email is sent before the scheduled session.
• If a student or tutor needs to cancel or reschedule a lesson, prior communication is required at least 48 hours before the session.
• During the lesson, students engage in interactive activities tailored to their specific goals, focusing on speaking, listening, pronunciation, and more.
• After each session, the tutor provides feedback and assigns relevant practice exercises to reinforce learning.
• Students can track their progress through regular assessments and receive personalized reports from their tutor.

• All lessons are conducted through Google Meet. Ensure you have a stable internet connection and the Google Meet app installed.
• Make sure your device (computer, tablet, or smartphone) has a functioning camera and microphone for an effective learning experience.

• Have a notebook and pen handy for taking notes during lessons.

All lessons are conducted online through Google Meet. A stable internet connection, a working microphone, and a camera are required.

5. What are the available course levels?

We offer four levels: Foundation, Beginner, Intermediate, and Advanced.

6. Can I reschedule my class?

Yes, but you must notify us at least 48 hours in advance to reschedule or cancel a session.

7. What will I learn in the course?

You’ll improve your grammar, vocabulary, pronunciation, and fluency. Lessons are customized to suit your goals—conversation, exams, career, or everyday use.

8. Is this course suitable for exam preparation?

Yes. We offer tailored lessons for exam preparation like IELTS, TOEFL, and school/college assessments.
